Adriaan Van Arkel of Ocean Athletics set a new 1200m record in the boys' 13-year-old division with a time of 3:56.75.

Girls 13-Year-Old Division: Thunderbirds Dominate with Multiple Records

The Thunderbirds left their mark in the 13-year-old girls' events, setting several new records:

  • Chloe Ip-Jansen broke the 200m record with a time of 28.04 seconds.

  • Tamara Hamze set the 600m record at 1:43.50.

  • McKinley Wasyliw set the 1200m record at 4:07.37.

  • The Thunderbirds also set a new Mixed SMR record with a time of 2:12.88.


Boys & Girls 12-Year-Old Divisions: Records Set Across the Board

In the 12-year-old divisions, more athletes claimed new records:

  • Kris-Maris Iroha of the boys' 12-year-old division set a new 200m record at 28.83 seconds.

  • Kensie Gavin set the 300m record for the girls at 30.43 seconds.

11-Year-Old Division: Thunderbirds Continue Their Success

The Thunderbirds continued their dominance in the 11-year-old division, setting a new Mixed SMR record with a time of 2:29.56.
