Note from timer. Coaches please ensure the following is done:
- The team in milesplit matches the team used at the EVAA meets. We will be using the same bib numbers as our zone races and any 'extra' athletes from last year's roster or athletes who have quit or have not completed two races will cause problems. Note that Milesplit may import last year's roster by default. Double check to make sure the correct athletes are registered and remove any non-runners.
- Any bib-athlete discrepancies or lost tags are communicated to Levi (lneufeld@sd35.bc.ca) by Saturday October 19th at 6PM. Any subsequent changes will be subject to a $50 fee per change. Check your rosters and bib packages to verify they are all present. The current roster with updated bib numbers is posted on this page or will be sent out by Vince on Thursday October 17th.
- Any athletes running up by Saturday October 19th at 6PM. Simply change their category in milesplit. After the cutoff a $50 fee per change will apply, contact Levi for late changes. Athletes who 'sneak' into a different race and ask for forgiveness later will be disqualified.
- In the event of conflicts in registration between categories the milesplit category will be taken as correct. In the event of athletes that have not previously raced in EVAA zone meets and been assigned a bib number and shoe tag, coaches will be contacted and proof of 2 EVAA zone races will be required.
