Following their individual wins in December at the USA Track & Field National Club Cross Country Championships, Jacob Riley and Mattie Suver headline the members of Team USA while Dennis Barker and Dena Evans will lead the teams as coaches for the 2013 Great Edinburgh International Cross Country.
