2024 BC Cross Country Team Announcement

Canadian National Cross-Country Championships - November 30 & December 1, 2024

BC Athletics just unveiled the roster for Team BC, set to compete at the upcoming Athletics Canada Cross-Country Championships in London, Ontario. This year's U18 and U20 teams feature athletes who have shown their talent on the trails during both the high school season and club season, including recent champions from the BC Athletics Cross Country Championships, as well as the BC School Sports Provincial Championships.

Notably, Peter Kunka, Adrianna Buitelaar, Alexa Dow, and Charlie Mlotshwa recently claimed BC School Sports Provincial Titles in their respective divisions, underscoring the high-caliber strength that will represent BC on the national stage.

U18 Team

The U18 team brings together some of BC's brightest young talents, many of whom achieved top finishes at provincial cross-country events. Representing clubs from across the province, these athletes are ready to make their mark.

U20 Team

The U20 athletes make up a formidable group of university freshman and high school seniors, bringing recent competitive success and strong performances to the team. Representing notable clubs, including Vancouver Thunderbirds, Prairie Inn Harriers, and Victoria Endurance Track Club, these athletes aim to continue BC's tradition of cross-country excellence.
