Top BC High School Athletes Named to Team Canada

Some of British Columbia's top high school athletes have been named to Team Canada!

Wearing the maple leaf and representing Canada on the international stage is a dream to many; whether for the first time or sixth time, it is an honour to be able to wear the national team uniform.

Athletics Canada announced a group of athletes who will make up the NACAC U18 Championship team, in addition to those who will represent Canada at the 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games. 

Making the national team as both a youth and junior athlete is an incredible achievement and experience, as it gives athletes the opportunity to compete at a high level and understand the expectations of competing for Canada as they strive to make the senior team later in their career. 

Here are the BC high school athletes who will be wearing the maple leaf later this summer:
