Team BC arrives at the 2025 Canadian Cross Country Championships with one of its most complete and competitive rosters in recent years, a lineup that blends veteran leadership, nationally ranked U20 talent, and an exciting wave of U18 and U16 athletes who are quickly establishing themselves on the Canadian scene.

What makes this year's BC team stand out is its balance across every division. The senior squads feature experienced athletes who thrive in high-pressure championship environments, the U20 group is deep, hungry, and versatile, coming off strong fall seasons and bringing the consistency needed for large-field racing. Meanwhile, the U18 and U16 squads showcase the future of BC distance running. These athletes represent the strength of the province's development system-supported by clubs like Thunderbirds (TBIR), Ocean Athletics (OATF), Prairie Inn Harriers (PIHR), Penticton Track & Field (PETF), Valley Royals (VRTC), and many more. 

Whether fighting for individual medals or team standings, BC athletes are positioned to make a statement in London on one of the toughest and most historic cross country courses in the country.
