Hurdles and High Jump Results

In the hurdles, Sarah Aka claimed first place in the 60m hurdles for the women's 16-17 year old division, finishing in 9.22 seconds. Tyler Hvidston took the top spot in the men's event, crossing the line in 8.92 seconds. The high jump saw Kosis Linke clear 1.65m to win the 14-15 year old men's competition, while Walker Brown took the 16-17 year old men's title with a jump of 2.00m. Payton Heer won the women's 16-17 year old high jump with a mark of 1.60m.

Field Events Showcase Depth of Talent

In the field, Gursher Gabri delivered an outstanding performance in the men's throwing events. He won the 16-17 year old men's 5kg shot put with a throw of 15.48m and followed that up with a victory in the 9.08kg weight throw, posting a mark of 21.05m. Anhad Gabri claimed the 14-15 year old women's 7.26kg weight throw with a throw of 13.64m.

In the long jump, Lacey Boileau won the 14-15 year old women's event with a jump of 5.10m, while Elliot Brace took the 16-17 year old men's title with a leap of 6.18m. Chloe lp-Jansen also impressed, winning the 13-year-old girls' long jump with a mark of 4.89m. In the women's 14-15 year old triple jump, Megan Pretorius claimed the top spot with a jump of 9.44m.
